New Customer – Trial Program

Effective 5/1/05

TCI has introduced a new “Trial” Program for all new potential NSRA Customers.

Basically the program entails the following:

· Customer signs a simple “Letter of Intent” specifying the terms of the “Trial”

· No Retainer charges for the first 90 days

· All services are invoiced at the special NSRA “blended” Contract Rates

· Customers receive the same level of service as all NSRA customers

· After 90 days the customer can accept the NSRA Agreement, terminate the Agreement or choose to be invoiced at TCI’s Published Rates
