Standard Rate Schedule

During
the past several years tci has
experienced acute increases in the cost of doing business. As the business continues
to become more complex, it has become more costly to maintain the high quality
of service that our customers have learned to expect and, rightfully so,
demand. Further, our analysis of the marketplace has indicated that we are
significantly undervaluing the services that we have provided during the last
few years. It has now become necessary to adjust the fees that tci
charges for the services it provides. The new rates, effective September 15,
2009, are:

The
above rates are for consulting hours only.
Materials used on a service call are an additional charge.
The minimum charge for any visit to any active customer's site is an SVC plus two man-hours.
An active consulting customer is a customer that has had an average of 7
billable hours per month for the preceding 12 months.
The minimum charge for any visit to any inactive customer's site is an SVC plus four man-hours.
The SVC applies for each person for each site
visit.
The "After Hours/Overtime Surcharge"
applies to all tasks that are performed, at the customer's request or which
cannot be performed during normal business hours, after 6 PM, or on any TCI holiday, or Saturday or Sunday. TCI, at its
discretion, may schedule "out-of-hours" tasks for which the customer
will not incur any additional charges.
Projects that are scheduled, at the customer’s
request, to begin after 9PM or before 6AM will be charged at 2.5 times the Standard Rate Schedule. Such tasks will generally result in the loss
of 2 business days for the TCI staff member.
The customer will be advised of these special charges before any
eligible task is begun.
Additional charges may apply for other special situations.
Service and support contracts, retainer
agreements and "long" term rates are available. Please contact
your sales representative for further details.
** The Site Visit Charge
(SVC) is in lieu of all charges for local travel time and travel expenses. If the customer cannot provide parking,
parking and related expenses are chargeable to the customer. Charges are higher when customer's site is
more than 50 miles from TCI's offices.
