Insurance
TCI Systems, Inc. currently provides, at no charge to the employee,  Blue Cross and Guardian Major medical and life insurance for the employee.  This policy will remain in effect for all employees hired prior to 12/31/2000.  Employees hired after 12/31/2000 will be required to pay a yet to be determined portion of the insurance charges.

The medical insurance plan is subject to change without notice and at the discretion of company management.

Profit Sharing Plan
TCI Systems, Inc. currently has a non-contributory Profit Sharing Plan.  All company contributions are invested in a long term plan.  The employee cannot access these funds in this plan while an active employee of TCI Systems, Inc.

The company's management makes annual discretionary and arbitrary contributions to the Profit Sharing Plan based on management's assessment of the companies performance during the each year.  There is no guarantee that any contribution will be made to the Profit Sharing Plan in the future.

Employees are eligible to participate in the Plan after one plan year of employment.
