This position requires basic technical skills and capabilities in a PC and file server environment.

Knowledge of software and IP communications is also very desirable.

Applicant will be responsible for the configuration and testing of systems in a "lab" environment.

Responsibilities will also include parts and product inventory management as well as some assistance in the preparation of products for delivery to customers.

Occasionally, visits to customer sites in the NYC metropolitan area may be required.

Occasional weekend/evening work will be required to support customer upgrades and installations.

The ideal candidate for this position is an "old line" technician who has "retired" or "been retired" from the computer industry.  However, we will consider all applicants from lightly experienced trainees to A+ certified technicians.
